I transplanted to the PNW from Chicago, Illinois in 2018 on New Years Day to attend massage school at East West College of the Healing Arts. 

 

At East-West, I completed an 800-hour certification and earned my licensure June 2019. Since then, I have worked as an employee at Elevate Wellness + Chiropractic in SW + as an Independent Contractor providing in-home + chair massage around Portland. 

 

My touch is accurate and intuitive + deep, soothing strokes guide me to problem areas.  Effective treatment is always the goal, which is why trigger point, neuromuscular, cupping and deep tissue techniques are my favorite modalities. 

 

I help clients alleviate both chronic and acute pain. My education has focused on the body, with pursuit of an undergraduate degree in physical therapy from Howard University in Washington D.C. and now my massage licensure in Oregon. 

 

My touch has been described as "grounded" and "nurturing," so I hope my therapeutic touch ushers your body toward relaxation and ease.
